He has cleaned out the Justice department of Obama era loyalists, including the FBI etc. He has a whole bunch of Republican governors that know if they want to survive they need Trump on their side too. He has WAY more tools to use now than he did in 2016.

Honestly I think the October surprise 2 weeks before the election is going to be Trump dropping the hammer on all the #pizzagate stuff.
I don't think bringing up Obama is going to help Trump. He somehow managed to do a lot of shady shit and walk away clean.
