Doesn't matter they would need to say they are recording the meeting and at that point, Trump would walk away.

Though Trump isn't stupid and will want to be introduced to everyone and he will ask why the lawyer is there. If he feels they aren't needed he will just tell them to leave and secret service will just remove them so he can speak to the family.
