Even on LinkedIn, FB, work groups- avoid the pronoun people like the plague. At least they throw it up there and make it obvious who to avoid.

I had a job recruiter with pronouns in his name hit me up on LinkedIn. I couldn’t imagine how shitty it would be to work in a company where that’s the guy bringing in your co workers
