Haha they can't. They have been trying for 4 years to stop the rising Dow Jones Average. Chy-na or an uber rich (bloomberg, bezos, idk) can get the market to go down for a while, maybe a percent in a day, but the problem is as soon as they do that, people are buying the because the prices look good. hahaha
