Your people have consistently rated the U.S. as the most dangerous country to world peace over decades now. Your people consistently belittle conservative Republican presidents and sing the praises of any dork that gets elected as a Democrat. Your people have consistently allowed the belittling, dehumanizing and dismissal of anything that is authentic traditional culture and gave a podium to anything that is not.
The UK's people are not and have never been our ally unless it benefitted you people directly with no give to your take at all.
I am not going to pretend we are in some solidarity with each other when we are clearly not.
If you're American, why are you spending time defending the UK from it's own fecklessness?
Do you know that the UK was given control over Basra Iraq during the War in Iraq. Instead of controlling the port city, they struck a deal with the Iranian backed terrorists to stay out of the city in exchange for the safety of their troops. That allowed Iranians to safely enter and leave Iran and sneak messages and equipment to Maqtada al Sadr in Sadr city Baghdad Iraq. The British troops and their government knew this at the time. In other words, the UK allowed what they know were IED and terrorists organizers to enter Iraq to kill American troops and the British government lied about it for eight years. EIGHT YEARS!
We, Americans, found out about when our SF entered along with the Iraq Army and cleaned out Basra ourselves.

Then they praised Obama to the nth degree after spending eight years calling George W. Bush all sorts of names - do you remember how they just loved the Dixie Chicks yelling about that "cowboy tyrant" Bush in their concert? Do you remember how they redid "The Producers" to cast a Bush lookalike with a Texas accent in the role of Hitler? It was a sold out crowd along with the Lardburgers, an opera about white trash America.
But then Obama got elected and they kissed his ass for eight years. They even helped lead him into a war with Libya.
Then, the GCHQ tried through the private firm Orbiz and Christopher Steele and MI6 spook tried to set up Trump. Do you forget so easily that Christopher Steele with the blessings of the very top level of the GCHQ accused Trump of hiring prostitutes to pee on the bed where Obama slept in Moscow? I can't really forgive that. MI6 worked with corrupt John Brennan to help Stefan Halper ensnare both Carter Page and George Papadopolous. Both were completely innocent.
Maybe you you just get over that crap and pretend it didn't happen, but I can't. Because with friends like Britain, who needs enemies.
