California's advances to legalize pedophilia. State passed SB-145. It's no longer a felony for an adult to have sex with a child that's 10 years younger than the perp. 20 y/o men can now have sex w/10 year old kids & it's no longer a felony. The minimum age this law would apply to is 14. That is still far too young, but under 14 it would remain a felony.
