I’m sure there are other ultra liberal states like WA and OR that will be doing it, but I’ve only really heard for sure California and NJ. As far as I know none of the battle grounds are doing it. Florida won’t. Ohio won’t. I live on the MN/WI border and haven’t heard a thing about either of our states doing it.
To get to 270 Trump only needs his old reliable red states, Florida, Ohio, and any one of either MN, WI, MI, or PA. He’s leading in WI and MI, tied in MN. And if the polls say he’s tied it means he’s up 4%. And if they say he’s up 2% it means he’s up 10%. I believe there will be more than enough states called on election night to declare him the winner. Even if Trump only holds the state’s he won in 2016 (I think he’ll get more) the democrats would have to come up with hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes across multiple battleground states without universal mail in voting while Trump’s lawyers are watching and critiquing.

A 22,000 vote final count lead for Trump in WI (which is what he won WI by in 2016 after a recount) won’t be easy to flip. You would have to “find” multiple mail trucks full of nothing but ballots to flip that. Not going to happen. On top of that, they’d have to “find” multiple mail trucks full of nothing but Biden ballots in multiple states to actually flip the election. All while Trump’s lawyers watch like a hawk. Not going to happen. They know they aren’t going to be able to actually flip it, they just want to create as big of a clusterfuck as possible.

If they did that nationwide it would be one thing, but as of now I don’t care if a handful of super liberal states that were never going to be close want to count their votes until January. Now say Trump does even better this time and has a 200,000 vote lead. That’s a lot of fake votes to secretly add in, not going to be easy. You can only “find” so many boxes of ballots.

So on a state-by-state basis, states such as CA and NV have no chance of appearing to go anything but Biden once the fraudulent after-election-day ballots are "counted".
