Any property owner can have someone removed and trespassed.

that's right but that don't mean they can touch you before said trespass

entering a store that is open to the general public is not trespassing.

It becomes trespassing as soon as a private property owner doesn't want you there. Businesses have the right to refuse service. "Open to the general public" doesn't mean it's a public building.

Uh, so if I’m black they can refuse me service? This isn’t making any sense

Not accurate. We abolished Jim Crow laws because Southern merchants decided not to serve black people. They used the "no trespassing" excuse too

Not if the person has a health condition preventing them from wearing a mask. They would get sued into bankruptcy. That's why stores don't do squat, lmfao.

No owner of Wal-Mart is anywhere near the premises.

Yeah but if you don't follow whatever rules they have in place, they can certainly ask you to leave. And if you refuse to leave they can certainly have the police remove you and trespass.

Hilarious that you have no clue what Wal-Mart's stated policy is. Yet you flap your jaws about it anyway.

County mandate checking in. You can just go into Walmart and nothing will happen to you

No owner is anywhere near a Wal-Mart. And trying to get their board odf directors to act will take months. They've already decided, they won't press the issue for fear of violence. Most National chains have.
