It's everyone here in TX. Everyone's wearing the damn things because of the state mandate by cuckboi Abbott. I can't get over people who wear them outdoors and it's been around 100 degrees for weeks. As soon as I pay for something in a store, my gaiter comes off before I'm out of the store and it NEVER comes on outdoors.
