The worst possible outcome is an allergic reaction, which is very rare and why you stay at the doctor’s office for 30 minutes. They can treat you if you have a reaction. The second worst side effect is you feel somewhat sick from your immune response. It’s not going to kill you.
Now consider the possibility that they fuck this up as tremendously because they expedited it and if it was as easy and foolproofly harmless as you say we wouldn’t have to test them so damn much.
