Late to comment but look at the body language of Bill Gates @ 47:27 and again starting at 47:38. The swinging back and forth while sitting down shows that he is very uncomfortable. He looks cornered so he pulls out the 'answer a question with a question' angle. Politicians do this all the time when they don't have an answer so it buys time or it tries to switch the roles on who is on trial so the person asking the questions might slip up. This is sociopath behavior.
