I hadn't heard that he'd had brain surgeries, so I looked it up. He did in fact have two brain surgeries for aneurysms in 1988.
Frankly, the way the media works to completely cover for the guy, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he's had all kinds of health problems recently that we don't know about.

Pence is a man of God, and Trump while maybe not always the best Christian, has always lead a life of sobriety. The two of them being in perfect health is expected and easy to see. Biden on the other hand has lead a life of substance abuse and sin. That's what they don't realize with their 'let's accuse the enemy of what we are doing strategy'.
