Joe is only DEAD from the neck up...however the rest is probably OK for his age; though he can't be too far from a toilet, at any given time. Dementia can mean you've got a one minute warning before y shit yr pants...and then the toilet must have monkey bars alongside so you can grip and heave yourself up off the seat. (remember whenPelosi couldn't stand? Thats old age folks).

Joe is Presidential material f'sure. :)
