From my point of view I see a group of people angry and arguing with the tall girl, they all seem very upset and the small girl (kyle's sister) is trying to calm her friends down.
Then they are retreating, then the tall girl seems to add some insults to have the last word, kyle sister turns back and made some soft contact touching her with her finger then the tall girl throw some punches.

I read someone’s post on this video that the vertically challenged girl in pink shorts is Kyle’s little sister Mackenzie. Hard to tell if sweat pants girl or pink shorts throws first, blocked as the car passes. Kyle turns around and sees the girl in pink shorts (possibly his little sister) being hit by the much taller girl and starts unloading. He could of handled it better, but if he was actually defending his sister then that adds context to the situation.
