I live in a blue state and I still assume everyone is carrying. Criminals dont give a fuck about the law and neither do a portion of the 2A loving Americans I've met, so I just assume people are packing. I've had a gun pulled on me 3 times. Once when I was mugged by younger black dude, once when I pissed off some 60ish white dude in traffic, and once by a mixed race woman bartender/bar owner when a fight broke out and I ended up behind the bar. You never know who is strapped.
