Twitter said they "made a mistake". It's funny how everytime twitter makes a mistake, a voice not touting their approved narrative gets silenced. Almost always they are on the right. That's not a mistake, that's enemy action.
Of course he's innocent, anyone who watches the video can see it. Next time any fake news scumbag is under attack they had better lay down and die in order to live up to their own standards.
Twitter absolutely sucks ass. That being said, I have read from multiple conservative lawyers that this guys seems to be trying to create a name for himself rather than putting a proper defense of kyle. Any lawyers here care to chime in?
Specifically, the people were saying using the militia defense seems to be a bad idea and instead he should just stick to the facts that there was no transport across state lines and the killings were in self defense. I am not a lawyer and I wanted to ask so I wasn't sure where else to ask this question.
I think the other lawyer (the one that was on Tucker) is handling the actual legal defense, and it sound like they are using self defense.
I think Wood is more involved in the fight against MSM and Big Tech, that seems to be his area of expertise. If left unchecked the MSM and Big Tech will lynch Kyle before he ever has a chance to put on a defense.
Yes that's his argument, but per a bunch of conservative lawyers I follow, that seems to be a risky defense that's more likely to generate headlines than work in a court of law.
They said 2a doesn't hold up as a defense against claims of first degree murder not that 2a itself won't hold up in court. I'll find the opinions tomorrow and share them if you'd like
and this one is complaining about the video being shared since the guy is not licensed to practice in WI and apparently broke some rule by releasing the video:
There was a much better thread that was more in depth, but I can't seem to find it for now. I will edit and link it if I find it.
Edit: per the first guy's opinion, the weapons charge is bullshit and won't result in jail time even if Kyle were convicted of carrying the weapon illegally.
This woman seems to think the guy is just incompetent rather than any specifics with this case, she specifically cites when he represented the guy Elon Musk called a pedo in a defamation suit that he Musk won:

I have been trying to look for the guy, but I haven't been successful. His twitter profile pic is of himself in hunting gear, for whatever it is worth.

Twitter should be in the dictionary next to the word "Evil".

You mean the 2nd muthafuckin Amendment?

The 2A doesn’t hold up in a court of law then we’re all in as much trouble as Kyle.

Wouldn’t say no, thanks.
This guy is a self admitted RINO for what it's worth but he's a lawyer so:

Twitter is just exposing how biased they are, again.
Twitter is doing what Congress and China want.
"Then I'm sending a message that we'll be suing twitter for $250 million."
