Also it doesn't cover felony acts, lewd or lascivious acts, object insertion or violent rape. And excludes acts with victims under 14 so it basically makes 14 the cutoff for statutory rape for select people within 10 years of age. It was already the law but excluded sodomy so the gays felt targeted on the diddling reports and required their own new law.
