You are not allowed to protest Lock Down Laws in Australia, it's illegal.
Not only that, because she posted on Facebook -- The Police were issued a warrant to effectively seize all devices that can communicate on Facebook.
The argument is, because she's created an event to protest, she's incited others to break the law.
Australia, Victoria allows Black Lives Matter protests, but you cannot arrange a peaceful protest to Lock Down Laws.
Context to Victoria: Daniel Andrews, Victoria's premier, signed a unilateral deal with the Government of China, without going through The Australian Parliament -- upon the nation finding out, Andrews has refused to cancel the deal he unilaterally made with China, refused to share details of it with The Australian Federal Parliament and is refusing to share details of it to his constituency, The State of Victoria.

Yes, Victoria was already a draconian state in respect to law, being one of the oldest states in Australia.
I believe Daniel Andrews has emergency powers there at the moment.
There's also a lot of corruption alleged against Andrews, vote-buying-with-public-funds and making international-unilateral-secret-deals with China are just to name a few.
They currently have 1,000 ADF - Australian Defense Force personnel deployed to ensure people are wearing masks in public, and aren't more than 20 KM from their home (or something close to this, not sure the exact distance they're allowed) -- Daniel Andrews basically copied the CPP style lock down, while praising the CCP.
