These types of people are usually the same type of people who destroy apartments while living in them and leave shit when they move. When the lockdown first hit I wasn't getting shit for hours. Maybe 20 if I was lucky. I still paid my rent. I actually feel bad for landlords. Then when January hits they'll put a stay on eviction again because you know "it's winter and it's cold out. That'd be inhumane"
If you tell people that they can't be evicted for not paying rent... they'll stop paying rent.
