I have heard this I am in real Estate and have several clients relocating to my city to get away from NY they have to wait in some cases almost a month to get just a moving truck to get out of there

Sounds like an opportunity for a moving company not in New York or particularly busy right now to make a little trip and get paid to me.

Probably not. I would be willing New York has a limited number of moving company licenses they hoard just like they do for every other type of business.

Oh, I wasn't planning to ask for permission in such a place. I realize this would be a logistical nightmare for anyone in the five burroughs with little change of success, for the record.
