Here in Colorado we have judicial retention elections every two years. I’m working on encouraging everyone to vote these bastards out. Usually the judges are retained with about 65-70% of the vote. But with crime going thru the roof here, some people are seeing the light... wish us luck
For those not in the know, the racial achievement gap in the SAT has been getting worse since 2013 and they have given up. They say SAT is counterproductive to issues of diversity.

Also Affirmative Action is the only system that is based solely on race. It is the only thing that fits the definition of so called "systemic racism" that BLM is protesting against.
The question is, "why do black students score lower on these tests than whites?" And the only answer you're allowed to have is that our entire system is built to oppress blacks. Under those conditions, I guess it makes sense to ban the tests. It would make more sense to just admit that racial equality may not be strictly true.

They want the admissions process to be entirely subjective, so they can freely discriminate as they choose. When the process is objective you can easily point out discrepancies and discriminatory practices.
