Partial correction: They will have to get a lefty judge to agree to that, since deadlines are a matter of state law. If they find that lefty judge, they'll have to get the state supreme court to agree to it (most state supreme courts are not yet packed with toadies like Oregon's is.) Even if they can get a state supreme court to agree to such fuckery, the US Supreme Court can step in if appealed to on matters of national election (see also Bush v. Gore, December 2000.)

They will already have them fabricated, they just need to know who didn't show up in person. Democrats are already litigating to ease signature verification laws. All but 16 states will not count any ballots that arrive after Election Day, period, and the rest require a postmark of Election Day or before.
