They will already have them fabricated, they just need to know who didn't show up in person. Democrats are already litigating to ease signature verification laws. They just need to forge enough signatures of everyone that is registered and did NOT vote in person to overcome the votes of everyone that DID show up to vote.
The MSM will be pushing the "make every vote count!" and the "we can't allow even one dis-enfranchised mail-in voter" lines VERY hard throughout Nov.
We will know, when all is said and done, that it was a fraud because they will have record (75%+) voter participation. (Due to all the Dem manufactured mail-in ballots)
