If mail in ballots are inevitable why can't they all have to be submitted a week before the election date to combat fraud? Along other ideas...

I only believe that absentee ballots should be allowed on top of in person. there's already protocols in place but I'm not well versed and I just want to do my part in combating fraud...

Green ink should be implemented for in-person voting from a third-party and tabulates the amount of greenie given vs the ballots received..

What other measures should be implemented, their is enough time to get a big national push for this.

Ideas?
