The only reason there have been riots is because the Democrat mayors and governors are encouraging them and ordering police not to interfere. On top of that, the Democrat prosecutors of these states are purposely letting the few arrested off the hook to encourage the rioters. These cowards can't do anything when they're faced with any kind of resistance. Like Trump said, he could stop it all in a day if the Dems weren't doing everything they could to protect the rioters and looters.
