The people moving out are not the leftists. Most Republicans that live in cities aren’t there by choice. They want to live in the deep suburbs but can’t because it won’t work with their job. That is changing as they are being pushed over the edge and because everyone is realizing that they can work remotely now.

For leftists it is the other way around. They want to be in the cities, but not all of them can because a lot of them don’t have good jobs. However that is all going to change because as Republicans and moderates move out of the shitholes, the cost of living in a city will come way down.
