I think I heard of GiveSendGo, not too long ago actually, it is a specifically Christian fundraising website; so take a guess as to why Discover doesn't want to do business.
Late Edit - Found out that GiveSendGo allowed a group to raise money for Kyle's legal defense. They raised WELL over the amount asked, and that's why I'm guessing Discover wanted to throw a wrench in it. Not a plug but (if curious) you can find it if you were to type givesendgo . com slash GUCZ

I donated a few days ago. Anyone who cares about gun-rights and self-defense should do the same, even if just for purely selfish reasons. Plus Kyle is a fucking hero.

yeah but they said they'll be redirecting all donations to fightback.law, but then they froze all their funding and idk, I think they'll try to destroy them now tbh
From our information so far, GiveSendGo did say the money would be sent to Kyle's family one way or another.
That said, it's always much safer to use, and wait for an official crowd-funding platform before potentially throwing your money away at a potential scammer. People prey on crowd-funding causes all the time. I haven't yet heard who started that campaign.
