More than a lawsuit. POTUS needs to file an executive order that prohibits banks and card companies from discriminating based on political reasons. He needs to specifically mention Discover Card, and suggest that he will be looking at freezing their stock and assets.
This is beyond political. This is attempting to deprive someone of their right to legal defence and is attempting to interfere with the results of a legal process.
