The issue was offenders of heterosexual sex with minors could avoid the sex registry list while homosexual offenders could not. I say put them both on there regardless unless it's like a 17 year old and 18 year old.

You should be asking if raising the age of consent to 18 like CA artificially increases the number of sex offenses. Other states have lower ages.
