You are right about that. I live in the 3rd largest Republican controlled city in America. When these riots first started antifa attempted to burn down our city hall and court house, our police force stopped that shit right away. We haven't had an issue since.

A Proud Boys story from Canada.
On Canada Day in 2017 a group of miserable communist agitators were holding a "Fuck Canada rally".
Up strode four Proud Boys with a Red Ensign flag, Canada's older flag design that triggers the fuck out of communists.
There was no violence. The communists immediately started chastising and scolding the Proud Boys who did nothing but approach the commune in a public park, on Canada Day, carrying a Canadian flag.
Words were had. The PB's were polite and engaged in some rhetorical debate. The commies, obviously, were not. Eventually the PB's left.
Communists doxxed them to the MSM and they ran with a full on moral panic for about two weeks about a group of horrible racist extremists disrespecting an important First Nations ceremony. (in Canada, communists use like minded indigenous people as racialized pawns as a shield against criticism)
Their good names were all ruined, their careers put in jeopardy and Canadian MSM ran roughshod over the men in a very intense smear and libel campaign.
The Proud Boys were right. They had the right. They were polite and peaceful But they chose the field of battle poorly and left themselves open to the MSM's tricks.
I got a better idea: Bus every resident you can out of town to a GOP-run jurisdiction, make a whole bunch of noise there, and hope the BLMers will come out to play instead of burning the abandoned city of Portland to the ground.
We need to have our own people on the ground who aren't afraid to go in and a lot of them. The few who call out these commies are always demonized to the point where some don't care what they say from the lies. If we get a bunch of people whom they never heard of and started posting online the authentic experiences, we can win them over with that.
We are people with jobs, we can't bus in 10 thousand people from across the country like Al Sharpton can.

That's true. We are busy with our lives. Though, I think we need to build a culture that supports truthful media, calling out the BS and shedding light on the good. I think instead of joining these major news orgs, people should be citizen videographers who just show what's going on and move on from there. No identification, no opinion, just the action. Let the audience decide what is fact and what is fiction.
