One of my best friends is a Cook co. black man. He is pro Trump and thinks that the people in Chicago were/are starting to swing towards Trump. No way he wins Cook co. But he will pick up enough votes to swing the state of Illinois.
As a pro trump Chicago resident, I agree ish... it’s just far to densely filled with liberal swine still idk if it’ll be enough to flip the state red. I wish. I do see a lot more right wingers than I did in 2016 or ever, but it’s still a liberal shitshow here in the city
I was in Chicago on business a few weeks ago and had to take a few Lyfts and Ubers around town. Had a couple interesting conversations with surprisingly conservative black men...wouldn’t surprise me if he picks up a lot more votes there this time around.

Illinoisans truly don’t know how awful they have it bc they’ve been in the system their entire lives. It took me to age 40 to leave and it was mind blowing. Life outside that state is amazing.

A lot easier to say you’re moving away than actually doing it. I have a house, wife and I have a good job, and where we live is pretty red. Not the whole state has shitty gun laws. It’s mostly within Cook County limits. I have a sweet SBR build and a couple others to keep me safe. There really isn’t anything cucked like, for example, CA laws or anything close to that.
True 5 years ago, but the collar counties are purple, maybe blue, basically depends on the suburban white woman vote. Lake county is also blue. The cancer has even spread to NW Indiana, which is likely to be purple from this election onward.
