SF hasn't seen any real rioting since the very beginning (they don't need to scare voters there), and Chicago violence is normal, and has nothing to do with BLM and the protests. Trump may have another card up his sleeve for Chicago. That, or they're treating Chicago as it's own issue, which they should. Chicago was murder-central long before any of this current shit.
I live in Seattle and I think this is great. But I am surprised that Chicago and San Francisco aren't on this list.
