It could be, I personally don’t notice it. I mean we’re talking a massive area of land with 3.5mill people. 250k could move out and it probably wouldn’t look like it. But I’m sure it’s happening. I only know one person that left downtown since this started. I plan on hitting the burbs In The next 2-3 years myself
