Do other cities need the same treatment? Yes. However THESE cities are the ones everyone is currently watching destroy themselves while thumbing their noses at President Trump. The rational public will accept this as a valid actions now. He offered to help each and every city on the list publicly and repeatedly. They rejected the offers. This is an excellent move, and he hasn't cut off anything yet, his departments are supposed to report back what CAN be cut.
