With the way the SDNY is going after the Trump family and associates (so much so that Trump inc had to move operations to FL), it must be sweet for him to defund NY.
From what I gather the request is to redirect the money. It would be greatness to see him redirect that to Michigan or wherever it was they invited Federal help and quelled riots the fastest.

That would be great. Kenosha gets the money NY would have gotten. They can rebuild and then some.
