He is caught on the phone 30 seconds before the murder saying "there's no money to be made if there ain't no licks going on" or something like that. Then he B-Lines it to a couple of Trump supporters and murders someone. He was ordered and told to do what he did, he had accomplices who can be heard on the camera footage, and he got away while being very easy to recognize in a crowd. I hope he's been arrested and is singing like an opera singer.
