"Verifiable chain of custody" does not exist with mail in ballots. There is no way to tell who put the ballot in the mailbox/collection box. The 'security features" are checking to see that the signature on the ballot matches the voter's signature on file. Any poll worker could refuse to ignore differences in signature.
The only thing that would qualify as a verifiable chain of custody is a voter showing voter ID to a poll worker prior to dropping their ballot in a locked box with a seal applied by the county clerk, opened at the county elections office by the county clerk for counting by poll workers.whose identities were tied to the boxes given them to count. I do not believe this exists anywhere in the US.

Looking for it, I pointed my name out of the list and they let me vote. Right by my name was my brothers. I could have come back an hour or two later, said I was my brother, and voted again. Take Michigan, in 3 Detroit Counties, Democrats/RINOs added about 12000 Clinton votes in 2016, that was how much President Trump won by. The Clinton riggers could have done 30,000 but they did not think they needed to.

Basically for any federal election, Congress should be able to decide if a state's results are accepted.

In my previous post I listed the three main hurdles for a reason. A POTUS must not only win state electoral total, they must win the vote of the electors regardless if all are present or not and then that vote must be confirmed (certified) by the Senate. It's the latter you completely missed even though I included it. If the Senate vote is delayed because of mail in voting than no President can be sworn in by January 20th at which point the Speaker Nancy Pelosi assumes control.
Obviously, that is why I said Pelosi as Speaker of the House will assume control. The Dimms majority will vote her the interim President whereby she will have all the power any President would have including issuing EOs, making SCOTUS nominations, and setting foreign and domestic policy. "Verifiable chain of custody" does not exist with mail in ballots. There is no way to tell who put the ballot in the mailbox/collection box. The 'security features" are checking to see that the signature on the ballot matches the voter's signature on file. Any poll worker could refuse to ignore differences in signature.

Looking for it, I pointed my name out of the list and they let me vote. Right by my name was my brothers. I could have come back an hour or two later, said I was my brother, and voted again. You're wrong. The President doesn't get elected by a majority of the total possible electors, but of the electors present (certified).
That means if the Dems F up the blue states, they lose the electors of those blue states.
In my previous post I listed the three main hurdles for a reason. A POTUS must not only win state electoral total, they must win the vote of the electors regardless if all are present or not and then that vote must be confirmed (certified) by the Senate. It's the latter you completely missed even though I included it. If the Senate vote is delayed because of mail in voting than no President can be sworn in by January 20th at which point the Speaker Nancy Pelosi assumes control.
If the Senate vote is delayed, then it goes to the House. On a state-by-state basis.
Obviously, that is why I said Pelosi as Speaker of the House will assume control. The Dimms majority will vote her the interim President whereby she will have all the power any President would have including issuing EOs, making SCOTUS nominations, and setting foreign and domestic policy. She gets it all.
