He is insane if he thinks there have been no problems with mail in voting in Colorado. 2012 I had 5 ballots sitting on my table, only 1 was mine. How many other people had the same thing but actually used them? We will never know.
I could be remembering things wrong however I do know that 2008 there was massive mail in voting for the first time in Colorado. Look at participation rates from the previous 4 presidential elections. I know a ton of people where moving there but I still believe with out the mail in stuff that year CO would have still went red.

Colorado certainly was NOT mail-in voting in 2015.
