I don't know. Inslee (50.32%) and the Dems. (52.72%) still got a majority of votes against all of the Repubs running. So I don't think it is. You could argue that there wasn't as much excitement as will be during the general (which is possible), but I think they'll win by hook or by crook. They'll "find" ballots until Inslee wins, just like they did to Dino Rossi.
I don't watch local channels, so didn't see anything from Culp but the yard signs. I actually voted for Eyman in the primary since I knew he was a thorn in the state government's side. I agree, I don't see a ton of enthusiasm for him in general. Trump, yes people are excited about. I hope to God we're wrong and enough people have gotten fed up with the lawlessness and lock downs. I can't take anymore of this crap.

While I doubt WA will ever be red again before it completely implodes, having Trump on ballot could be what it takes to drag Culp with.
