the inability to downvote posts kind of makes that difficult to combat. i cant report the post or anything either so you just have to deal with it popping up 100 times like the fake AOC post about keeping things shutdown to keep Trump from getting re-elected.
I got spanked by a moderator for gently telling a poster that a music video - WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO TRUMP CONTENT - was spamming and forum sliding. OP escalated the banter until he got butthurt and complained. I used to use the deport button as it was intended to be used but if I'm going to get banned for trying to use it correctly I'm not going to do it at all. People are not going to police themselves. Posters knowingly posting things that have been spammed dozens of times or having zero Trump content should have some sort of method of being reported to discourage it. I learned my lesson and I hope people learn from my mistake.
