i mean it is not an explosive it is cs gas....it never explodes...and unless you are throwing it by holding the tip....which would be backwards, i do not see how anything would happen, also it would require an impact to stick, simply rubbing against it wont do anything....the kinetic energy is needed to compress it enough
Sticky explosives only work in videogames.
Handling them in real life is a different story.
the tip is all that is sticky peel off the plastic and done...
