That being said, your heart only has so many beats in it, your lifespan is finite and short. Your high score on pac man won’t mean much when your gone.
Preach brother. Some people can't handle hard truths. I used to play Mmos growing up and I regret all the time spent. I feel like my life didn't really start till 25 as a result. Besides there's plenty of time for gaming when you're older and the games are only getting cheaper/better.
You have no idea what they may be accomplishing with their lives. I don't play video games anymore because I just lost interest in them, but I know a lot of engineers who contribute to society and then blow off steam playing video games. You sound pretentious, arrogant, and it's not in the spirit of this board to make people feel small for engaging in or reminiscing on a very popular pastime.
