I'll say that I am 100% sure Trump didn't pick her based on race or gender. There are two traits Trump both possesses and holds in the highest regards. The first is loyalty, but the second is giant motherfucking "Johnny Dangerously" sized balls. And she has bigger balls than even that. Possibly approaching Randy marsh nuts in a microwave big.
