They're bog standard pop up tents that you can buy anywhere, they're less than $100, Home Depot and Target sell them. My mom had one in her garage from a family reunion thing. They're adding blue plastic tarps, the kind painters use, which are dirt cheap too, to the sides. Someone probably cleared out a Home Depot. Or they were looted, wasn't a Target hit there?
