ISIS was "wiped off the face of the earth" in the sense that it is no longer an entity. ISIS ex-members are still very much alive and most likely coordinating in Europe.

Some of them are, yeah. You can't eradicate ideas entirely. But I don't hear them making threats all the time anymore or any of the things they used to do. They've been obliterated.
