It will be destroyed by a tsunami. It's only a matter of time, and when it happens it will be really, really bad. Look into it. The government knows, they even have plans for when it happens. That's the freaky part. The expected damage is shockingly large, and there won't really be much warning. Maybe a few hours. All the bridges into the city will be destroyed, so emergency responders will have to use helicopters and boats. It will be a shit show. So, I have never heard the "it's cursed" thing before, but I would agree that it is.
