I saw this picture in the Foxnews article. I actually posted it here. Right off the bat you can tell the pic of RBG is not real because she is looking up. When was the last time you saw this creature able to hold up her head like that? Shes been staring at her feet for a decade.
that and the sun lighting is off between her and him.
I have photo editing and repair background and that is the first thing I noticed. She is way too bright for that environment and the shadows are wrong.
