Yes, it's voter fraud, and yes it's illegal, but that's not the problem.
The problem is that the laws will be inconsistently applied. The DA's will find the one Trump supporter that did this in some deep red state and the MSM will make it front page news for a week all the while ignoring massive voter fraud in places like Broward County.
We've already seen how inconsistently the laws have been applied to people involved with violence at the BLM riots. Kyle Rittenhouse is in jail while Gaige Grosskreutz and Michael Reinoehl are allowed to get away with (attempted) murder.
It's not voter fraud, though. You are checking in at the in person voting location. If they don't have your mail in vote recorded, that's on them.
Yup, they should not be holding the votes they should be tabulated immediately and if they are not i will vote. They won't be counting ballots for weeks after the election.

From what ppl have said around here they think they'll be holding all ballots until election night to count them after all the in person votes were taken so they know how much to cheat in order to win without going overboard. IF this was the plan than potus' tweets here are incredibly smart. I don't see him tweeting this unless he has confirmed this to be their path to victory.
I'll only vote in person. My mail in vote won't have been counted because they won't have one.
