Realize we live in a world where the "PROMISE PROGRAM" is used deal with 'racism' in schools.
for every 10 kids that get sent to the Principles office for serious class disruption, violence etc about 8 are black - and 2 are white.
The Department of Education thought this was 'racism' - and the school would be penalized if it did not fix the issue.
So they invented the Promise Program - and simply decided to NOT REPORT VIOLENCE BY Black students..... and INCREASE the reporting of incidents from white students (apparently this is not racism)
Total injustice - so that the statistics looked better.
Result - black kids with a long list of criminal behavior in schools - move on to communities where ever MORE JAIL TIME AWAITS.
