You expect racists and a corrupt police state to be reformed from peaceful protests? It’s way past that. Peace was tried and failed. It’s time to make a point because literally nothing will change if we just sit back and act like everything is fine. Most protests that enacted change throughout history were met with some property damage. Boohoo. It’s just property. You’re placing property over peoples lives? We’re fighting against the masses and are being met with felonies and death JUST because we want police to stop killing people. This is stupid and inconsiderate. Yeah, it’s called the beginning of a civil war, a revolution if you will. There is basically a war in the streets between civilians and this fascist ass government and It’s the fact that people are willing to put their life on the line for a cause that is so much more than cars on fire. Nobody expects to die, it’s really upsetting that people have died, but there is a much bigger picture here and it seems you’re focusing on all the wrong parts. Read the room.
